Talenta Mulia was founded by Maulidah Muflichah, M.Psi., Psikolog., CHt. in response to a need that no single discipline covers well: people issues at work almost always touch psychology, health and leadership quality at the same time.
The practice was therefore built as an integrated consulting center — clinical and industrial psychologists, ICF-certified executive coaches and medical leadership consultants working as one team. That lets us design complete interventions: from individual assessment and counseling, to leader development, to hospital quality and clinical governance.
